From application to crew

  1. Reach out

    Fill out the recruitment form or send us a short email about your background, interests, and which area appeals to you. Attach a CV or portfolio if you have one.

  2. Meet the lead

    We arrange an informal conversation with the department lead to see if there is a fit — no trick questions, just an honest exchange.

  3. Trial period

    New members join a squad for a trial period — you contribute to real tasks and see how the team works day to day.

  4. Welcome aboard

    Full membership, responsibilities on the project, and a seat at the table as we build toward flight.
